Sleepy has a long tail now to make her design more dragon-like. She started off being based off of a pheonix so she was able to rapidly regenerate and I decided to keep that ability when I changed it to dragon. I've been pretty busy lately so I decided to relax for a bit and paint something <3

So Sleepy is a "Fledging"? Is this some sort of closed spdcies, open species, semi open species, or is like no one else can make a Fledging like, u know what I mean? That a Fledging is a not even like an open species. Ya know. Sorry I just dunno how explain well
